取り急ぎの自分メモです。

中国特許庁の検索インタフェースが変更になりました。

China: SIPO has launched new patent search platform

The State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) has launched a new database for searching patents, utility models and designs. The database also provides access to Chinese legal status data. The new platform is updated weekly, on Wednesdays, and serves as official publication server. Searches are possible with various parameters, such as document numbers, date ranges or classifications. The previous interfaces for SIPO's patent search as well as for the legal status search in Chinese language are no longer available.

On this improved platform, full Chinese documents can be displayed and downloaded in PDF format. Consequently, document retrieval has now become possible without prior installation of a special viewer, which used to be required for accessing Chinese documents in TIFF format. In addition, the download now works in a single operation, which has replaced the previous page-by-page download function of SIPO's earlier source.

The EPO's has published step-by-step search guides corresponding to the new interfaces in the"China - Searching in databases" section of the "virtual helpdesk" on Asian patent information.

・ＳＩＰＯ(中国特許庁)は、特許・実用新案及び意匠検索の、新しい検索プラットフォームを公開した。
・このデータベースでは、リーガルステータスにもアクセスできる。


・この新プラットフォームでは、中国特許の全文が表示でき、ＰＤＦファイルでダウンロードも可能。従来のようなTIFFビューワーは必要なくなった。

・EPOでも新インタフェースの解説を順次Virtual helpdesk にアップロード予定
